Questions
- Is ShyftBoard really free? +
- Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card. Upgrade only when you need more boards, members or storage.
- Does the Chrome extension run in the background on Fiverr? +
- No. It reads an order only when you click the ShyftBoard icon while viewing that order. It never changes Fiverr pages, never sends messages and never polls.
- Who can see my boards? +
- Only members of your workspace. Every request is checked against row-level security in the database, so one workspace can never read another.
- How do I upgrade? +
- Open Settings → Billing in your workspace and request the plan. Shyft Stack activates it, usually within one business day, and online payment is coming soon.
- Can I bring my Trello boards? +
- Yes. Export a board as JSON from Trello and import it under Settings → Import. Lists, cards, labels, checklists, members and recent comments come across.
- Can I export or delete my data? +
- Admins can download the whole workspace as JSON at any time. Owners can delete a workspace, and anyone can delete their account from Account settings.
