Getting started

When you sign up, ShyftBoard creates a workspace for you. A workspace holds boards and the people who work on them; most agencies use one workspace per company.

Create a board

On the Boards page choose New board (or the orange + on your phone). Start blank with To do, In progress and Done, or pick a template such as the Fiverr order pipeline.

Add cards

Click Add a card at the bottom of a list, type a title and press Enter. Open a card to add a description, checklist, due date, labels, members, files and comments. Drag cards between lists to move work along.

Invite your team

Go to Settings → Members and invite people by email. They get a link that works for seven days. Admins can manage members and settings; members work on boards.

Connect Fiverr

Install the Chrome extension and connect it from Settings → Integrations. See the Chrome extension.
