The Chrome extension

The extension turns a Fiverr order into a card with the title, deadline, requirements, status and file links. It is built to stay within Fiverr’s rules:

• It reads an order only when you click the ShyftBoard icon while viewing that order.
• It never runs in the background, never changes Fiverr pages and never sends messages.
• Buyer messages, names and prices are kept only if a workspace admin turns them on.

Connect it

1. Install the extension in Chrome.
2. In ShyftBoard open Settings → Integrations, read and accept the acknowledgement, and click Connect extension.
3. Choose the board and list where new orders land.

If the one-click connection does not complete (for example in the Windows app), create a token under Settings → API tokens and paste it into the extension popup. Tokens expire after 90 days.

Import and update

Open an order on Fiverr and click the icon. The popup shows what it found; click Import order. Later, open the same order and click Update card from this page to bring in the latest status, dates and files. Delivered and completed orders can move to the lists you chose.
