Plans and billing

Every workspace starts on Free. Plans differ in how many open boards, members, marketplace accounts and how much file storage a workspace can have; every feature is available on every plan. See pricing.

Admins see usage and request an upgrade under Settings → Billing. Until online payment is live, Shyft Stack activates the plan and confirms by email, usually within one business day. If a plan lapses, nothing is deleted: the workspace keeps working, but new boards, invitations and uploads beyond the Free limits are blocked.
